Yes, you need a person to go around usually during the cockatil pictures and take pictures of people. Then the guests sign the book.

What if you need additional pages? There's only room for 30 pics!

I think you need to take group shots instead of just couples

Thanks for the heads up! Do you think it's best to get 2 books for a party of 160 pp? Even for group shots, would 30 pages be too few for this size? Thanks.

I am planning on aboout 200 ppl and my coordinator suggested 2, so that's what I got. She also mentioned to buy extra flim bc a lot of people want to keep the pics for themselves!
