update..went to dynasty limo tonight

i have 2 friends getting married this year and all of us want a limo bus..so we thought we would check it out together ..maybe getting a deal..well i made an appointment and when we walked in..the guy was so rude...we sat there and he stared at us and was like oh can i help you? then we hear him on the phone with someone else being so rude!!! right away he just lost 3 people for business..anyone else have this problem? im so mad!!!! how can they treat people like that..he was so sarcastic and not friendly...he jsut opened up the bus and told us to go ahead and check it out..it was so awkward..didnt talk to us about it or anything..well no business from us!!!

Same thing happened with me when we went to check out limos (not Dynasty). No people skills whatsoever!

I am having trouble finding a limo company too. I was supposed to go to Sir Oliver Limo Company tonight. He called me at 5pm to cancel (AGAIN) saying that there was a prom and he had to go drive one of the cars. So when I tried to reschedule no matter what day I picked it was no good for him. He was like wow, this is a problem! I told him I was no longer interested and hung up. I wouldn't want them to do that to me on my wedding day. What the hell is going on with these limo companies?

We had the same problem with Allstar Limo... We heard great things about them but when we went to see them... we spoke with Debbie and she was so rude and acted like she was not interested in speaking with us .. I was so turned off. she showed us the SUV limos did not say anything about them just said 'Here they are.' And walked away!


What a disappointment!!!

well he didnt introduce himself to us..i think i heard him on the phone with someone saying his name was joe...i was so shocked at that point because he was being rude on the phone too..it was such an awkward feeling..didnt make us feel comfortable ya know>?? but anyway he was tall..thin..and shaved head or bald? not sure icouldnt look at him..i was gonna pop him one!

Have you looked into Royalty Limo / Franklin Square? I've had friends who've used them within the past year - all good results.

no i havent..i kind of didnt want to drive that far..im in sayville..but i guess thats what i would have to do..anything near me with limo buses seem to have bad reps!! i did love american luxury though..that guy was really cool..i think i will talk to him again..but thank you!!

I tell everyone to go to All Star Limos--they are amazing--very professional and organized and very clean cars.....decent prices too--

Im not shocked at that he was RUDE
They did so many things wrong with my sister's wedding.
-the grooms limo had drinks in the glasses from the party before them
-they sent the wrong limo bus...after they argued with my sister that there was no Limo bus on her contract....meanwhile she was staring right at it, where it was listed
-The driver refused to help my grandmother inot the limo...(she is wheel chair bound...but she can stand) he said that he has a bad back, walked away from the limo and lite a cigerette.
-when my sister called to complain...they told her that my BIL was lying his limo was cleaned before they sent the limo out...I hardly think that my BIL's very innocent quiet mother who was also in this limo, lied about it being dirty.

Dynasty is extremly rude and unprofessional is every aspect of their business.

I am so happy that I canceled Dynasty and booked Sir Oliver.

Manny from Royalty is very nice but come prepared for what you want to pay and make sure you get the LIweddings discount. He's a smoozer...

I just realized that the company I posted negatively about here was Royalty, not Dynasty....


I am sooo glad to read this post. I called them and he basically yelled at me telling me that I should hire a limo company closer to my reception hall and he even said to me 'Why are you calling US!!!' Umm hello are you kidding me??? That IS your business to transport people from one place to another, regardless of the distance. I was appauled by this mans way of speaking!

Ultimate Class Limo is great!!! I've been working with them for years through my job & they are doing my wedding.

The guy at Sir Oliver is SO rude, not to mention a LIAR!!!! I won’t get into the rude part, but lets just say that he made a very stupid assumption when speaking to me on the phone.

I confirmed with him that I needed an 8 pass limo and he assured me that's what I would get since they ‘don't even have 6 pass. limos.’ So I get the contract in the mail and it says: 6 PASSENGER LIMO!

I tore up the contract and signed with someone else
