how much are you tipping your vendors?

so i've just put together all the remaining balances for my vendors, and i'm realizing that i have no idea how much to tip.

what are you all giving to each vendor, and what are you basing the amount on?

i know i'll probably be told i was 'wrong' but this is what we did.

florist = $0 (she was the owner)
hair/makeup = $0 (owners and i paid for their hotel.. the girls did tip tho)
limo = didn't have
Photographers (2) = $100 each which i thought was weird b/c they owned the company but no big deal
Videographer = $100
Bridal Attendant = $150 - she was absolutely wonderful.. better then all of my BMs put together
Banquet manager = $100 - we were told to tip between 3-5 a person.. i'm sorry we were NOT paying $750 for a TIP. We were going to tip more and had full intentions of tipping around $250-300 because he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire day. But silly him decided to be VERY rude when we were trying to leave and thats when we were tipping.. he was basically 'holding' me back talking to me to make sure he got a tip.. i thought that was very distasteful.. as was him counting the tip in FRONT of us.

i think thats it.. sorry for the mini-rant there.. my wedding was only 4 days ago so its still fresh in my head.

good question. we're getting married at a catering restaurant/hall in nyc - are we supposed to tip the freaking bridal coordinator - ARGH> weddings are so expensive right now i just feel so guilty for everything! and when FH and I have a disagreement it's like FORGET IT!
