There were some gorgeous designer cuffs (majorly discounted) at Filenes Basement. I would check out the 'labels for less' stores for a bargain on a real quality pair.

David Yurman makes really nice ones, on the expensive side. Not sure how much you are looking to spend, but they are more then $200

I bought FH his white gold/diamond cufflinks at Fortunoff. They were really nice.

Fortunoff had a HUGE selection in all different price ranges.

Fortunoff's is good, and in the village there are shops that have deals, you need to look around, but when you find something, it's worth it
