Where can I get a recipe book for a bridal shower?

You know how some people send recipe cards in shower invites and then put together a recipe book for the bride? Does anyone know where you can get one of those books with the cards, or even just a book? I can make the cards myself...

When we did one for my co-workers shower, I think we got it at Target.

I got a bride and groom recipe book at one of my showers. It's really good.
