Update on dress situation/I LOVE MY SISTER/MOM (Sorry LONG!)

I called my sister in tears and even though she was swamped at work, she first called Bridal Suite herself demanding to speak to the manager and explained why, they said they would have to call her back. She gave her work number. Well they called her back at home (said couldn't read their writing for the work number, yeah right). She got so pissed and went to the store and explained why were so upset. We think they put the order in late and they assure us they didn't. She asked to see the paperwork and they wouldn't let her since it had confidential Bill Levkoff info on it...well long story short, they assured us they'll get the alterations done WHENEVER we want (we are going to get this in writing). Kicker is they were like 'well we will do the the week or day before if they aren't here' Sister was like 'That is unacceptable, we don't want to be doing this the week before the wedding that is why we placed the order early....' She also works in public relations and said how this is horrible customer service and there are bad things being said on the wedding boards, etc..She is going back on Monday to speak with store manager, this was just an assistant managear/alteration person. Thanks for your words girls. FH said to me 'We are still getting married' to bring me to reality that nothing else *really* matters.
