Interfaith brides (jewish/catholic)
Which parts of both religions are you including in your ceremony?
I'm catholic and am not sure what to include...I know in some very religious jewish ceremonies the brides walks around the groom x amount of times. Something like that I wouldn't be doing.
Here's some ideas: breaking of the glass, unity candle, blessings in jewish/translation by deacon in english, rings/exchange of vows...
I would like to hear some ideas of things you've incorporated into your ceremony.

Re: Interfaith brides (jewish/catholic)
We are still weighing the possibility of doing two separate ceremonies, but if we decide on one ceremony then we'll do as much of both as time allows.
From the Catholic side, I definitely want to incorporate the unity candle, the readings, and (obviously) the exchange of vows and rings.
From the Jewish side, I want to incorporate the chuppah, the circling seven times (I like this because it symbolizes building the walls of your new home as husband and wife), the signing and reading of the ketubah, and the breaking of the glass.
I'm Italian and he's Jewish, so at the reception we'll do both a Tarantella and a Horah. Twice the fun!

Re: Interfaith brides (jewish/catholic)
We decided against doing anything religious. Our minister is writing our ceremony for us, including the basic vows and my sister/MOH and BIL/BM will read the Hands poem to us.

I haven't decided exactly yet, but do you have Anita Diamant's "the New Jewish Wedding" It's such a great resource!

Re: Interfaith brides (jewish/catholic)
We’re doing all Jewish traditions (ketubah, breaking of the glass, chupa made of flowers). FH didn’t want to do anything Catholic. We’re also being married by a Rabbi who is officiating as justice of the peace.
