Has anyone used Dial 7 Car Service for Limos?

My wedding is in about 2 1/2 weeks- just got two limos from Dial 7 car service. A lot of other companies seem to have 'prom only' packages for that date, with crazy 10 hour minimus, but Dial 7 took me for two cars with 10 passangers, 3 hour min. I'm a little worried because they refused a deposit, and would not send me any confirmation documentation, other than to read me my confirmation nubmers. Has anyone used them? Am I safe?? There is no Emote-Icon to express how I'm feeling!

We used them to pick us up after the wedding (to take us back to our apt in Manhattan). My family and friends also used their service for their transportation back. I don't think we had any major problems.

However, the driver sometimes does not carry detailed directions but only the name of the town you want to go to. It was ok for us since we had the directions printed out, but it would have been a huge problem if we hadn't.
And also a couple of the cars we hired were late. Since we were just being picked up from the wedding to go home, it was ok...but in your case, you might not want to take that chance.
