Girls...you will all BE HAPPY TO KNOW THAT....

My mother and I are now speaking. When I came home she was like 'we need to call a truce (sp??) I can't take this anymore'...I said fine but I am still a little hurt and keeping somewhat of a distance but we are speaking.

I just wanted to THANK ALL OF YOU...for your care and concern for me..it really means sooo much and I am so glad that I have all of you to share my ups and downs with

I am happy that you are able to come to some sort of truce with your mom. I would like to offer you one piece of advice that I have learned from my older siblings. Share as little as you can with your mom. Tell her what she needs to know and not everything. Do what you can to keep her happy and quiet. If it means you have to bite your tongue once in a while and compromise, just do it. it makes things easier in the long run! This may or may not apply to your situation right now but trust me on this one!
