Re: Need a Quick recipe using Fresh Green Beans
I love making a bean salad. I just mix the green beans with cannaloni beans and red or kidney beans, red onion, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. (all done to taste)You can also make a bean cassarole- The green beans are mixed with mushroom soup and canned onion rings. (The recipe is on the can of either the onion rings or the soup- I cannot remember off the top of my head)
Happy cooking...

If you are making a green bean salad, do you cook the beans first or serve them raw?Scott

Re: Need a Quick recipe using Fresh Green Beans
I would cook them first. Then give them a cold water bath before adding the other ingrediants.
