In my opinion, it doesn't make sense to tip someone when they are the owner of the company and getting the entire fee. If you had someone like an assistant who came with her or something who was not being paid, it might make sense. The person who came to me did my makeup and pocketed the whole fee. Why would I tip her on top of that???
