hair pic: finally!

i did my own hair for this pic. i think it looks better than both trials i had . i guess i'm just too picky! i think i'll do it myself! what do you think of it?

thank you! i paid two different people (a total of $125) to try it, but wasn't really satisfied with the look (nothing against them, they're great stylists, I think I'm too picky ). I was playing around with it, and actually like it!

Make sure you know how much hairspray to use to make sure it stays on all day with the dancing and all.

I love your hair!! I think that it you want to do it yourself, that's great. It will save you some money too. Just remember that you might be a little stressed or nervous on your wedding day, and I know that when I'm going somewhere important, my hair never comes out right

thank you! actually, i didn't do my makeup. this is the same makeup from the earlier pics (9 hours earlier!!!) when i got it done at the MAC counter at Macy's. The only thing i touched up was the lip gloss, but everything else was still on, including my fake lashes .

Like someone said earlier, when you try the style on your wedding day, it might not come out exactly the same. You might be just to nervous to concentrate. How about showing a stylist this picture, and say please do it exactly like this, and see what they do.

If you think you can do it yourself on the wedding day, go for it. You really did a great job.

thanks, everyone. i would ask a stylist to duplicate it from this picture, but that's what i asked from another picture and wasn't happy with the results. it really didn't look like what i had asked for. i think i will do it myself, but i will practice a few more times before the big day just to make sure i can do it again ! thanks for the compliments.

What a great job! Are you a professional stylist, or just really good at hair?

ETA: I want bangs like yours but I am scared to get them cut so close to the wedding...just in case I don't like them.
