Repost from 05- Fun bars for Bachelorette Party

We're planning my bachelorette party. We want to go to Lucky Chengs and then out bar hopping after. Do you have any suggestions for bars that are really fun for dancing? play like hip hop, 80s, fun bar music. I'm trying to come up with a list to give to my BP so we have some sort of direction. TIA!!

We went to lucky chengs last weekend.. it was a horrible time... it was really raunchy...
we went to naked lunch afterwoods.. it was really fun..great music... lots of old stuff..

We went to Lucky Chengs for my cousin's bachelorette party and while it was fun at first, after a while you were watching the same thing over and over. Some of us got a little shocked by the drag queen doing an upside down lap dance!!

As for bars, there are no shortage of them, my favorite is Red Rock West, they even have a bachelorette package and you can dance on top of the bar, there's also Coyote Ugly and Hogs and Heifers in the same fashion.

You can also try Doc Holliday's in the East Village, along with a lot of other bars by Lucky Chengs, I would do a search on Time Out New York's website.
