Caligraphy for invitations?
I am going to order my invitations today and I was just curious how much per envelope everyone spent on the caligraphy/laser printing?

Re: Caligraphy for invitations?
I made my own invitations and it only cost me $15 bucks. That included evelopes, RSVP cards and there evelopes as well, for 80. You can always find a caligraphy program online or at a computer store. There is really no need to waste the money. I got my paper at walmart, but you can try staples, target, and stationary stores.

frisky1947,
Just a suggestion - have you thought of doing it yourself?
I did and they came out great. I found the same font as my invitations -- actually the font was the same as what Backinneyork posted above.

Re: Caligraphy for invitations?
$3.00 per invite for hand calligraphy in champagne color ink (which was extra), and the calligraphy font was done to match the font on the invitation. Came out great!!

Re: Caligraphy for invitations?
I used artisitc addressing as well, and it was about $1.20 each set, and they matched my fonts and the colors to my invite, perfectly!I tried to do them myself, but the hassel was just not worth it. The ink color was really hard to match and with the lined envelope, things were getting stuck in the printer and I just didn't have the desire to be bothered with it.
I highly recommend Kathy at artisticaddressing.com She rocks!

Its Markham font - from the invitation company. But each website calls the fonts a different name. When I downloaded it in the past it was called Beautiful on http://www.dafont.com/en/
I just looked for you, and I can't seem to find it on that site - it might be under another name. When you have the time take a look on that link and see - there are so many to choose from.
Here are two more sites that are pretty good:
http://fontfile.com/
http://www.fontfreak.com/
but I like dafont.com the best.
