That shiny or satin dresses don't photograph well?

I would think it is the opposite, that they show up even better in pics.

For my SIL's wedding, we wore silver satin dresses & the photographer even said these are really going to film well.

That can't be true...my dress was silk satin and it looks beautiful in non-pro pics, I can't imagine professional ones.

I think they photograph well.. One thing about the chiffon overlay. We wore them for my sisters wedding. They stain very easily. Even water stains left marks on our dresses and because of the light color the showed up on most photographs. By the end of the night it looked like we went through a rain storm or something. Thanks goodness the professional pics were done early! They came out fine.
