yes we may....ill let you know once we've been mortgage approved and a contract is signed...so far not out of the woods...
but yes springfield is right there!

the house is on 228th st! by 57th ave or rd...
not sure.
i'm an astoria grl all my life, so this is hard lol
so i'm not all positive on the area.
but my best friend (MOH) is moving there this summer too, cept she'll be near bayside hs, and i'll be by cardozo hs

Well...I am a LI girl born and raised on exit 61 so you can imagine what an adjustment Queens was for me. I have to say that I really like living in Bayside. Nice communities and there everything always seems within walking distance...plus we are closer to LI then we were when we lived in Glendale so I can get out to Westbury more often.

i am also a long island girl.....however, i think bayside is very simmilar to floral park where i am..it has a long island feel to it, but everything is more accessible, which i love!!! Congratulations to you!!!!
