Do you know where it is? I wonder.

I just bought in North Mass and in Plainedge schools, its a great area!

Looks like it could be a good investment if you are willing to use elbow grease.

Not sure where it is

Itis on mlsli.com too

If you click Map Property it says it is on Cheryl Lane East off Boundary Avenue.
I guess its off the Southern State exit.

yep thats just north of boundary
I am about 3/4 miles south of there

I may drive by it this weekend out of pure curiosity.

Could be good for someone, we are redoing every single thing in my place too. If its a good block with nice houses it could be a deal.

good luck, we closed almost a month ago and we are in the middle of some insane construction inside but I cant wait for the end result
