Help!!! BM dress & photography questions

I was originally going to do red BM dresses for my wedding, but now I see everyone doing red, so I was thinking of either peach, yellow or a rose color. Considering 2 of my BM's are dark haired with dark eyes and olive toned, one is pale and brunette and the other two are pale and blonde, which color do you think will look best? I was leaning towards rose and peach because it's not seen very often, but I just saw some beautiful dresses in yellow now! Augh!!

Also FH and I have a tight schedule between our ceremony and CH/Reception which means if we want to take photos, we will have to miss our CH, something neither of us wants to do. It was suggested we take pictures before the ceremony. Being traditional, I'm not crazy about the idea, but it also means we have a lot of options for locations. Also FH likes the idea of outside photos. Anyone recommend any good places to take photos between either Hauppauge and Mineola? (I'd rather keep it between our house and the reception location)
