Staples has place cards that you can do yourself on the computer, they come in full sheets and give you a website to go to to set it all up, I am not sure about the table numbers though. I guess you can get those photo holders that hold the one photo but there is not fram it is just like a circle that you stick the picture in... then you can make your own sign on nice paper
