FH and I are just starting to look for furniture for our soon to be home. What is your fav furniture store or where did you buy most of your furniture?

Pottery Barn and Pier one!
Pottery Barn can be $$$ but they have a sale spot in the back and with coupons I usually get 30% off there stuff!

where do u get coupons from? There are about four things I am dying to buy from their newest catalog (I love their stuff SO much)

All the usuals and West Elm has some pretty funky stuff..

Also like antique furniture places..

I love Ethan Allen furnitutre...however I don't think my house will have much of that in it.

I also love Pier One and macy's. macy's has a clearance center too.

Siegerman's! but not really anymore now that they closed their outlet stores. They are very

ETA: Fortunoff is HIGHLY underated as far as furniture stores go... IMO. they're prices are excellent and awesome quality!

I also LOVE The Door Store. Very contemporary and beautiful furniture!!

I agree, I also like JCPenney's we bought an entry table from their website (with free shipping!) and I cant tell you how many people ask me if its from Pottery Barn (my wallet and Pottery Barn are not friends either

) We also just bought our sectional from there and LOVE it! the quality is great, the price was very competitive, there were lots of choices and it was ready pretty much the day it was promised!!

When you sign up to receive there (Pottery Barn) catalog you get a 10% coupon and so I signed up under our apt. and then under our house and got 10% off.

Plus the girl at the counter gave me the discount then gave me back the coupon so I used it to order my bed over the phone and so I still have it. I'll use it at least 3 times!!!

I also love Ballard Designs but there online or catalog there expensive too but if you sign up for there catalog also you get a coupon too!
