If so, how are you going to present then to your guests?

I am going to lay each one next to each plate like a normal favor and then write up a little something about charity on a note card and put that by the plate too.

i wish i would have done the livestrong bands i think a mint tin would be cute to put them in

i just did the livestrong bracelets for my wedding 3 weeks ago.... have to say they were a BIG hit... a lot of people i've seen since the wedding are wearing them
what we did was we bought little mint tins and put jordan almonds in them.... the bracelets were bigger around than the mint tins, so we put the bracelet around the outside of the mint tins and then wrapped them in tulle and tied it with a ribbon. we put a tag on them that said ' to honor our loved ones affected by cancer, a donation has been made to the lance armstong fund'.... everybody loved it

We are doing freedom bands. They are red,white & blue and all the proceeds goes to to the armed forces relief fund to support the troops. I bought these cute boxes from oriental trading that kind of twirl at the top so they are going in them and I have a little card explaing where the money is going

Does anyone know if there are wristbands like that for MS? My aunt was just diagnosed last year and I think that would be a great thing to do for her.

THAT IS A REALLY GOOD IDEA. ME AND FH WERE THINKING OF DONATING TO THE CANCER SOCIETY AND GIVE LIKE CHOCOLATE BARS AS A LITTLE SOMETHING. BUT I WAS THINKING ABOUT THE BRACLETS. IM GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT IS THINKING ABOUT IT.

we are gving the livestrong bracelet. We are putting them in the little favor bags (cardboard) along with a little saying and hersehy kisses

What percentage of what we pay for the bands actually goes to the charity?

I was thinking of just making straight donations to the charity and printing cards to put on the tables to tell people that that's what we did.
