LARKFIELD MANOR GIRLS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

WHAT IS GOING ON????? I just found out they wners last week; Harry and George. Yeah well they never called and told me this. I had to call them, but I guess that is how it always is. I have yet to meet them. What renovations are they doing?
The only thing I've heard so far is that the chef is still there, so that is a good thing since the food is great.
Should I be nervous????

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR GIRLS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You should not be nervous at all!!!!!

I had my final meeting with the hall on July 2nd, and felt totally confident. Lisa is really awesome, and I met the both Harry and George.

I also attending a wedding there on July 3rd, and had a wonderful time.

So far the renovations that were made include new furniture, a new mens room, new paint and carpet. They got rid of the piano in the lobby and put a beautiful table in it's place. All of the fake flowers are gone, and there are fresh flowers instead.

The week after I was there they were changing the entrance way, ripping up the carpet and putting slate floors down, and taking out the mirrored walls and putting in new small mirrors.

They are also getting new tables (oval ones), new china, and silverware all at somepoint this summer.

Oh, they also offered an upgrade to the new menu for a price, but I thought that the menu we had was a lot nicer.

ETA: They also fixed up the picture area out front with the bridge and fountains. The previous time I was there the fountains weren't working, but they are all working now, and the ponds even have fish in them.

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR GIRLS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are going to go there next month to leave another deposit. YOu answered a lot of my questions and I don't feel bad at all now!!!!!
But I loved the piano!!!!!!!!!!! Awh man!!! Oh well, I guess I can put pictures of us on the new table that they put there.
Do you even know how I found out??? My seamstress Phyliss of Gownfind.com told me. She lives in East Northport and when I told her that my reception was there she told me all about it. In fact the wedding you went to in July just might be the bride she was working with. Hmmm.

Anyway, thanks again b/c my stress is gone. You know us, we stress.
