Carltun Brides... ceremony question
I'm getting pretty close to picking my reception site, and I really like the carltun... However, I'd like to have the ceremony outside, and the Carltun said that they won't allow me to have the ceremony on the grass, it has to be on the concrete patio.Has anyone had their ceremony at the carltun outside? How was it?

Re: Carltun Brides... ceremony question
I am having my reception there but getting married in a church. I was there about 2 weeks ago and saw a ceremony set up on the patio. It looked really pretty and all the chairs on set up to face the grass and gardens. I don't think it would matter that your not on the grass.

Re: Carltun Brides... ceremony question
Thank you so much for posting those pictures! It makes me feel a little bit better. I hope to make my decision on Saturday. It's between the Carltun and Tappan Hill, which is in westchester, but both my parents and grandparents got married there. So, we'll see!!
Thanks again!!!
