Need help w/ unique Bridal Shower Gift Ideas

I'm a BM for a friend & wanted to present her gift in a unique & special way.
Anyone have any ideas for presentation???
Or just cool Shower gift ideas in general?
I was thinking of doing some kind of 'theme' basket or something, but I'm truly drawing a blank!
Any helpful ideas would be appreciated.

my FSIL received a basket with sentimental stuff in it..... toasting flute, cake knife... and she also received a set of candles for their years together.. I think a bride on here posted the poem.. each colored candle represents a different part of their new life together.. red candle first holiday etc...

I thought that was a great idea.. I have also seen someone get a nice bag/piece of luggage with honeymoon stuff in it, sunblock, towels, flip-flops...etc,

also, a margherita or wine set with a nice bottle of wine would also be nice
