that was a very honest and straight forward review. I can't believe the bride broke the chandelier with her BO-K! that is very suspect! must have been held together with tape.

I am not big on mc's either, though I went to a wedding at the Bay Ridge Manor on Saturday night and they had a dj/mc duo that was actually pretty laid back...except he had the tendency to say 'moving right along..' all the time!

Yikes!!! I'm really surprised... I've only been to corporate events there and have had nothing but great experiences. That's too bad.

It wasn't that bad, and I had a great time with my friends b/c I have a great time no matter where I went.

The only negative is the whole food preparing and serving situation - maybe they're just overworked - I dunno - just didn't want to be attentive, and were very robotic and didn't listen when you tell em 'Hey, I'm not done!'

Chandelier - wasn't a major catastrophe, but two bulbs dropped to the floor and about four/five pieces of those 'tassle' things fell....but it just took entirely too long for the BM to figure out what to do - wouldn't you just make sure it's off the floor ASAP?
