HELP! Silly ques about vendors and their dinner!

Where do the photographers, dj, video, and everyone sit and eat dinner?? Do they get an extra table??? I have no idea and I need an answer QUICK!! Thankies!!!!!!!

at the catering hall where i used to work, they did not get an extra table in the ballroom... they sat where the cocktail hour was...

we were told they could either eat in the cocktail area or in the kitchen where they have a place set up for them, we are not doing an extra table for them in the ball room

I had an extra table for them. If I didn't do that I would have them set up in the cocktail hr room if it was available. I would never have them sit in the kitchen. After waitressing years ago, I would never want to eat in that kitchen.

I didn't even worry about them honestly. the hall set up a table for them to eat and sit down at. I didn't do any CP on it or anything. Didn't even occur to me to do that. And I don't remember them sitting down and eating at all. Of course, I was in LaLa land, so little really occured to me.

i am having them eat in the cocktail hour room- dont want to add another table to the room unnecessarily...and then no centerpeice needed

ask your reception hall...mine has them sit at a separate location...i dont think you are responsible for and 'official table'...ive never heard of that

Extra table (for 12) dinner & centerpiece. Last night my FI said he's starting to feel like an ATM machine. Money flying out left and right.

Although believe it or not,my photographer said 'just give me a sandwich on the go,I'm there to work,not eat'.

Ask your hall. Many halls have the vendors eat in a different area so they are not sitting next to your guests.

my reception room has an adjoining bar area with a lovely fire place. My 3 vendors will probably just sit there for dinner.

so did I, but I dont think any of them actually sat down at the table to eat, I think they were too busy!

No extra table for me...they all sat in an area in the kitchen...the Maitre 'D set it up for them...and they were very happy.

my band said the same thing. they said not to waste the extra money, so i'm not!

i've never heard of setting up an extra table for vendors and ordering an extra centerpiece. what a waste of money.
