Solved!!! I just got through to them, they were on VACATION!!!!! Everything is all set!!!

Who cares - I would storm in at this point.Aren't there 2 - one Commack, one Westbury? Which are you using? Did you try calling both?

We booked with them at the Commack office, but have left numerous messages at both the offices, Commack and Westbury!

I just called and got a human - they may be screening you. Try dialing *67 first before the number, that way your number doesn't pop up.
