I forgot to tell you! My ceremony music idea was a HUGE HIT!!!!

HUGE!!

For bridal party I had family sing There is love while playing aqcoustic

For me I had them play At Last (It was perfect)

Then after they announced us as Man & Wife

James Brown 'I feel Good' blasted out! OW - I feel good!! I knew that I would now!!!

As we were walking down people were so excited and laughing and dancing!!

I got so many compliments! People loved how different it was!! They said they were expecting the same old boring music and it was a nice surprise!

I was so worried about it, but it went over AWESOME! Even the DJ complimented me on it!

that sounds like so much fun....I would do something like that but FH is very tradtional...and threw a fit when I told him that I was walking down to the AVA MARIA instead of Here Comes the Bride....can you imagine if I told him that we are using more modern music....he would have heart failure

That sounds great! I'd been thinking about At Last to walk down the aisle... Did you have an acoustic version playing or one with lyrics?

I found a ve3rsion without the words, but honestly - It didnt do it for me. The words meant something to me and many people came up to me and said the song was so fitting. It really was beautiful with the words. I used Etta James Version.

I have seen this also and it is great but I am getting married in a Catholic Church also and I don't think they would allow it. I am not even allowed to have an aisle runner and can only throw birdseed not flowers.
