I haven't been there in awhile - why don't you do a search on citysearch/miami or check a zagats.

there are probably tons of websites about south beach and where to eat, stay, etc.

Gloria Estefan's restaurant is pretty good..

We had a great time there. Everyone raved about the food, but to be honest, I was so drunk I don't even remember being there.
