Gym in/near New Hyde Park

I just moved to New Hyde Park. I am looking for suggestions for a gym. Ideally one open as early as 5am and really late into the night would best.

There are a few gyms in New Hyde Park.
I go to Twin Peak, they will give you a free three day membership pass try it out.
Then there is Gold's Gym and World Gym.

There is also an LA Fitness in the IPark complex at Union Turnpike and Lakeville Rd. I don't belong there, but have heard it is pretty large.

It's huge! I don't belong there because even with the corporate disc they offer it's still a LOT! BUT they offer a LOT!

Theres Gotham on Hillside Ave in NHP. My membership just expired. Its great! Open 24hours on weekdays and open till 9pm or so on weekends. All their bikes,treadmills, and ellipticals have personal TVs w/ cable on them(you just bring headphones) it totally helps the time go faster!

Theres Gotham on Hillside Ave in NHP. My membership just expired. Its great! Open 24hours on weekdays and open till 9pm or so on weekends. All their bikes,treadmills, and ellipticals have personal TVs w/ cable on them(you just bring headphones) it totally helps the time go faster!

I just moved into the area (post wedding) so I am still getting acquainted. I was on herricks yesterday and I did see 2 gyms (Gold's and one World Gym). But I was unable to go in.

DH checked out Gotham gym and he said it seems okay. I want to check it out as well. The hours are great so thats a huge plus. Anyone else have comments on Gotham or either of the other gyms in NHP.

Mineola Health Club, It is right near Jonathans. I used to belong there when I worked on LI. 3 month membership was only $99.

I can't remember what time they used to open

I belong to LA FITNESS... I LOVE IT!

Although... I love it so much, I don't go enough!

I go to Gold's in Garden City Park. Very close to NHP. they're open usually from 5 am and open late but not 24hrs. I try to go as many times a week as possible. the trainers there are great too. very helpful. Goodluck with the search.

Yeah I still haven't signed up. DH checked out Gotham's. We didn't look at Gold's yet. But should.

Maybe after Labor Day weekend since the summer is over!

I go to LA Fitness and it is awesome. It is off of Marcus Ave in New Hyde Park/Lake Success. DH and I go 6 days a week and are always there at 5:00/5:30 am. They are open 24 hours. Definitely check it out.
