Why is LIW down in the morning?

almost everytime I have tried logging in before 9am lately, I can't get on.

I know I got to work early and was waiting for an hour to get on. Had to do some work instead!

Oh i know..i hate that. I have a couple of minutes in the AM to post and read, but it is never up!!!! it usually comes on after 9am! Too late by that point!
