We found a bigger house and are selling our house. I figured I'd give my LIW girls a head start. So here's the info... FM me if you are interested.

We are selling our current house. To be honest, it's perfect, it's just that DH bought it with his ex-wife and we'd like to move on to a place of our own.

It is in East Northport but Northport School District #4.

That price is comparable for the area for similar houses. We researched the selling price of similar houses in the last 6 months.
