Is anyone looking for a house?

I thought I'd give the girls on LIW a heads up.
We are selling our current house. To be honest, it's perfect, it's just that DH bought it with his ex-wife and we'd like to move on to a place of our own, we found another house on the other side of town.

MAN I wish I live in huntington station now and this sounds wonderful!

I work in huntington, jim in melville.. we want to start a family

But I know next to NOTHING about buying a house.

There are more pics on the site of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, backyard, etc.



Because my camera is 7 mp the pictures post really small. We already have some appointments booked for Sunday and I haven't even put the sign out on the lawn yet. In this neighborhood potential buyers just drive around looking for the signs.

Again, because we have another house we want everything to go as smooth as possible for all involved so we are only accepting offeres from pre-approved parties. That's pretty standard these days anyway.
