April 2007 Bride
Hi guys,
I've been engaged going on 4 months and am scheduled to get married on 4/28/07 at Leonard's.
I've already booked the church and am starting to look for a photographer next, has anyone started that phase yet?
Any advice.

Congrats on your engagement!
We are actually going to be looking at photographers at the end of next week, I have three appts. scheduled! My parents are coming in from florida which they don't do too often so I want them to come look at some places with my while i have the chance
I can let you know how they go!

congratulations on your engagement  !! We are going real soon ( hopefully in 2 or 3 weeks) before school starts... Im hoping to look at Duet and Patken. Then we will start to look at DJ's/Bands in January !

Congrats on your engagement. We have been engaged since May and are getting married May 18, 2007 and you are ahead of us so far. We are going to book our hall tomorrow and then start looking for a DJ!! Welcome to the boards!!

I'm using a great photographer for my engagement party which will be on the 20th of August. I would like to use them for the wedding, but first I want to ensure that I like their work. I'll let you know if I would recommend them or not after the engagement.

We just have the church & hall booked... i think we'll start looking into photographers/video in sept & then after the holidays we'll do the DJ... We just had our engagement party yesterday so we'll break for a few weeks and then get into the photographer search... Good Luck!

I also just have the hall and church booked. I wanted to wait until the end of the year to look for DJ and Photography but I think it'll be around Oct/Nov.

We booked the church and hall too so far. We are going to look at photography and video vendors this September. I have no idea where to start though. I'm thinking Duet, Proline and ADA for photography...any ideas for video?

Wow, congrats to you guys who are already one step ahead of me. Which photographers did you guys go with (those of you who have booked already)? I'm really interested so far in Duets but I want to look get some more ideas so I can start searching. Any recommendations for DJ's?

We've been engaged since last August and so far we have our church, hall and dj. We are going to look into photography in the next couple of weeks. Any good advice on where to start for those of you who have already booked. ADA and Proline are way to expensive, looking to get both video and photography and spend between 2,000 and 4,000 if possible.

Hey Tiff! It's Mandy! How's the planning going? Did you check out Duet for photo and video and I heard LELI are also reasonably priced. Good Luck. We are going to start looking in October.
