And the jewelers all said the opposite....that the wedding band comes last so you wear it on the outside....I guess its a matter of preference.

that's what my jeweler said too...that you wear your wedding band on the outside since it comes last

I wear the band closer to me, but my friend does the opposite. she says, she wants the more expensive ring on the inside!

I like having the engagment ring on the inside, and have the wedding band seal the deal! Plus having the E-ring on the outside would mean I would have to take it off!

I have to agree with your friend. The E-ring will most likely fall off rather than your wedding ring because its so heavey. I would be afarid to risk it. Especaily inbetween periods of lossing and gaining weight.

I've always thought it was wedding ring closest to your heart as well..... you just slip the e-ring off right before you walk down the aisle this way you are ready for the I DO....and then slip the e-ring back on.

I wear my ering on the inside but only because it's a little big and my wedding band fits more snugly so it's safer that way.

That is what I thought too!

It's funny since all the women in my family wear e-ring on inside since they say 'diamond closest to your heart' and you got it first. I would wear it that way but it doesn't look right with my rings so I wear my wedding band closer, it's whatever you want I think!!!
