Opinions Needed - Best Sandals Honeymoon Locations????????

I am obsessed with finding the best Sandals honeymoon on an extremely tight budget. I went to a travel agent today and was quoted about $4000 all inclusive for Montego Bay, Jamaica in February for a week.

So, my questions are
....Is this a good price?
... Is Montego Bay a good place?

a friend of mine went to Sandals Mo Bay on her HM and said it was the best vacation she ever had.

another friend had her HM in Sandals St Lucia and loved it!

I highly reccomend Sandals Royal Carribean it is about 10 mins away from the Mo bay one in Jamaica and it is much nicer. They treat you more like royalty at RC.

ok now I hear that montego baby is aweful and that it is the most run down area of Jamaica.

Whats about Whitehouse? It is the new Sandals they just built in March. We went there for our HM and its fabulous. Everything is new and gorgeous!!

stay far away from montego bay!! it is crime ridden and very unsafe. also,the montego bay sandals is one of (if not the) oldest sandals, and is rundown.

when i went to montego bay we were told to stay FAR AWAY from montego bay by the cruise director!!

i would go to sandals whitehouse or dunns falls if anything.

I would not DO Sandals Montego Bay. We just returned from our honeymoon in Jamaica and it is literally at the end of the runway. Short trip but planes overhead every minute.

Just an idea and I feel like I work for them since I post about them so often but I LOVED our honeymoon place and it was much cheaper than Sandals for an all inclusive. The food was amazing and every room has 24 rooms service, not just the cheaper ones. And it was great food- like filet mignon and baby lamb chops. You also get two 25 minute massages included which we combined into one 50 minute couples massage in a hut over looking the ocean. This place was just perfect. I loved our honeymoon.
