Does ANYONE eat as badly as I do?

I am so bad!
For example yesterday mornign I had vegetable lasagna and ice cream cake for breakfast
this morning I had cheese raviolis and ice cream cake and a chocolate kudos bar for breakfast.

I'm so afraid its going to catch up with me...
Anyone else a bad eater?

Not sure how old you are, but bad eating certainly caught up with me once I hit my early 30's.

I've been having major crap attacks lately...but raviolis and ice cream is a little over the top! Sorry, but for breakfast, I draw the line at leftover chinese food!

mmm chinese sounds great! Heres the way I look at it - I eat crap in the morning and my body has all day to work it off!

I'm the worst eater ever - my FH actually scolds me sometimes and tells me to eat better. If I eat crap all day or salad all day I stay the same weight, so I have no motivation to eat right.

So far today I've had potato chips. Yesterday was a particularly bad day. I had some potato chips (someone at work has a big bag of em!), a ice cream crunch bar, a few tortilla chips, two or three oreos, some soup and some cheese raviolis for dinner (OMG that is really bad!). I keep saying I'm gonna start to eat better to get more energy, etc. but I have no willpower

In college I used to eat all sorts of whatever was around for breakfast. When I was home for the summer, I wouldn't often have a milkshake for breakfast or chocolate chip cookies.

Now I try & have yougurt , hard boiled eggs, or cereal.

I can't eat with my in-laws anymore. Sunday dinner was salad, wine, steak wrapped in bacon , french fries & donuts.

That's why they call it the newlywed 9! Seriously, it's a lot harder to get off than to gain.

I'm a phys ed teacher too

Its wierd sometimes Ill eat veggies all week and then the next week its cake. I work in phases.. depends on what mood Im in.

I eat pretty badly, but I used to be even worse. When I was still in my teens and early twenties I ate like a fat pig and didn't gain a pound. Now I'm a bit heavier so I have to be a little careful, but I still eat like crap for the most part.

I eat terribly also. I swear all I did yesterday was eat. I have peanut butter with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I've never had raviolis and ice cream cake though

I used to eat badly. But I'm the body type that I gain and gain and gain. So in college I gained like 20 lbs. I lost 30 so far, and I'm trying to get down another 15-20 before the wedding. I eat a lot healthier now, but I have to or I'll just gain it back.

I am a sweets junkie. Cake and ice cream..

But when I hit 30...oh boy..

Dealing with a medical condition which doesn't help and the meds make me retain.

I envy you guy that eat whatever they want.

I'm not overweight but I would be if I ate whatever wanted.

I really have to watch my diet or I'll go right off the deep end

I think I must have gained 5 of the Newlywed 9 on my honeymoon alone ..... I am normally a pretty healthy eater but recently is another story...

I'm in the mid-30's range also & as a kid/teenager I ate anything & everything. Unfortunately I'm a sugar addict & thought nothing of ice cream for breakfast with donuts or cookies and then snacks all day (twizzlers, candy bars, chips) and then a healthy "mom" meal but topped off with Carvel or cake or such.

Although I TRY to stay away from the junk, I find myself being a junk food junkie every weekend.

Just got back from Texas & I'm still on a eat everything I see diet....doesn't help that I'm PMSing, but I had a blueberry muffin for breakfast topped off with Brownies.

I'm sitting here eating Junior mints now.

I do and I shouild relaly really stop
But I'm so picky and all I like is the bad foods!
