FINALLY!!!!! Booked the honeymoon

Not the 'Dream' Honeymoon, but still it's done! FH and I are both happy, I was getting sick of thinking about what the 'right' decision was.

SO it's not even close to being Africa, but I will still have my favorite part...My soon to be hubby

Africa really needed more time than we could spare, just wasn't something I felt we could or wanted to cram into 8 days. I am VERY sad about it, but we will still have fun

8-days is cutting it close, especially because it takes 24-36 hours to travel between NY & there. You'll enjoy the relaxation of Sandals and who knows, maybe you'll have more time next year or for your 5-year anniversary to do a big trip like that!

I was in South Africa in January...and although it was incredible, I would not recommend doing it in 8 days. We were there for 2 weeks and would have loved to stayed longer. The direct flight from NY was over 18 hours. You will love Jamaica, but def try to get to Africa in the future cause it was the trip of a lifetime!!

Yes..I DEFINITELY hope to do this trip in the future...I just know when the babies start coming...dream will fade, but 5 year anniversary might be a GREAT idea!!

it's just something I want so bad, I love animals and nature, and just wanted to see them in their natural habitat, not in jail at the zoo.

But I am putting out of my mind for now...no feeling sorry for myself here, and I am staying out of severe debt, which is important to me too!

PS....thanks to those of you that gave me advice, and help, I looked into everyhting you recommended, so your time was not wasted. Just wanted to make sure you knew that..Thanks
