Hair Genie and Oksana?

I contacted both of them...and I'm anxious b/c I haven't heard back yet (not that it's been very long yet...but like I said, I'm anxious). When you guys contacted them.....how long did it take to get a response?

sometimes they respond that day, sometimes it takes like 2-3 days. frustrating, i know!

That is an acceptable turnaround too....I just am dying to know if my date is available. Checking AOL every 15 mintues isn't helping my anxiety either. LOL

Don't worry they will reply to you

sometimes they are very busy.
It happened to me too. If they haven't reply you for couple days, try to email them again.

sometimes they go on vacations - they don't usually put going away notices on their sites or voice mail.

I found that email is the best way to get Okasana - she is really good with customer service and getting back to you. My photographer should take a lesson from her about how to run a business
