I love the ones you picked for you. If I were a bridesmaid I couldn't wear the shoes you picked for them. I need more strap...hope that makes sense. I need to feel like my shoes are really on, or I'll crack my head in a heel. (I'm not very graceful)

I love the ones you picked for yourself, but I might give the BMs a break on the heel height. Perhaps you could just ask they get dyable strappy heels that fit them?

i like your shoes and like the bridesmaids, i think you should get something fancier for you , it is your big day! unless you like simple, than those are perfect!

Both shoes seem pretty high, but I like the ones for you.

Normally, I like high heels, but my wedding is one time where comfort is reigning supreme, so I'm getting a lower heel.

Maybe you can let the BMs each chose their own shoes as long as it's something strappy? Not everyone has the same type of feet. (I know those with wide feet have a hard time finding shoes that fit properly!)

I was thinking about the that but wasnt sure if it would look funny in pics if they didnt have the same shoes? the second heel is only 2 inches high..

Think about it.....when you look at pictures from a wedding, are you really paying attention to their feet? How many people would notice that they have different shoes on? Every wedding I've been in we all had different shoes but the same color, and I don't think it affected the pics at all.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm not one for the stepford wives look anyway where everyone needs the same shoes, same hairstyle, etc.

I'll be honest with you, If I were one of your BM's I couldn't wear either shoe you picked and I would be running right for the slipper basket. Strappy is one thing but I would think twice about the height of the heels.

Janna, by the way. I think we should all wear white t-shirts and khaki capri pants and flip-flops to the GTG. Maybe all of us should have our hair parted on the side and matching belly rings. What do you think?

alright, after reading some of your honest opinions (Which I thank you for), I think i've decided to let my girls pick there own shoes.

As for my shoes, Im looking for more of a vintage looking shoe to match the style of my dress.. those were the closest thing i found so far.. I welcome any other suggestions though!

My sister had the girls wearing all different dresses (all black and tea lenght) and different strappy shoes and the pics actually look awesome.
