I cant wear my e-ring

I dont know why but all of a sudden my e-ring wont fit... it is too small! I tried to put it on again this morning and my finger immediatly felt too tight with it, so i had to force it off, almost breaking my knuckle in the process... now im scared to try to wear it again... i hate having something super tight on my finger... but im so sad... i hate not being able to wear it! I feel so naked

it could be the weather...or maybe it's your cycle?? some people retain more water during certain times of the month!!!!

It may be that you are retaining water right now. Try to be patient. Maybe try to put it on when your fingers are wet. I know that my ring spins around when my hands are wet.

u are prob retaining a lot of water..i am like that too. if you are like this fo like a week try a water pill

Have you been eating a lot of foods w/a high content of salt?

I suggest a water pill as well.

Be careful with water pills!!!! My FI ended up in the hospital because he dehydrated himself by not replenishing the water that he lost.. You need to take a multi-vitamin & drink lots & lots of water. ( I know sounds strange, but if you dont take the proper precautions, you can end up dehydrating yourself as well)

Give it a few days.

your cycle
the weather
food you've been eating
not enough water

Oh no! Don't worry about it tho!! If you can't wear it on your finger put it on a nice chain and wear it around your neck.

if you have eaten alot of salt within the past few days, that can cause it. not to worry, drink ALOT of water today to flush you body out..... the weather also has something to do with it. i dont have to wear my ring gaurd all summer!
