NWR: I lost my bank card

and DH is SO mad...this card is linked to both savings/checking acct plus the business acct. I called chase and whoever found it used it 8 yes 8 times today to by gas all over. So I dont know how much was lost but we are not responsible for money spent. thank god, but DH hasnt said a word since we go home.

OMG!!!! It goes to show how freaking expensive it is that when a dishonest person finds a credit card, they charge GAS ON IT!!!

Not even a shopping spree, but GAS!!!!

THANK GOD, it wasn't worse and that you are not responsible!!!!

I bet who ever used it- was doing that thing I saw on the news when the people pump the gas with a stolen credit card and they charge the people half price

it's not your fault- these things happen- that's why the bank doesn't charge you for it

it happens..but with Chase, you they should be able to give you a debit card w/o messing with your account numbers...

they are gonna take off those gas charges, those are no-fault.

gas is the easiest thing to do since nobody looks at name/signautre (if they even look at it). espically for you loseing it, and a guy is doing this..right away, the gender thing would of been an issue had he gone to a store
