repost...NEED votive placecard help!!!

I have been trying to get the vellum to make the votive placecards and have been having no luck! I am in MA and went to a Michael's the other day...I showed the woman working there a pic of the votive placecards and she still couldn't help me!

Finally, I found individual vellum sheets (but they were 79 cents each and a lot looked pretty beat up) or self adhesive sheets of vellum (5 for $5.00). Then the woman at Michael's said something about preforated vellum, but didn't have any....

HELP!!!!!

Where do I get the vellum and how much does it cost? I will be on LI this weekend, so any places you know of would be great!

If there are preforated ones, I would think that would be easier...what did everyone else use? I am freaking out!!!!
