for those of you making votive placecard holders

about how much $ do you think it will be to make about 75? I am thinking about the little chair votives instead. which do you think is cheaper?

I bought 150 tea lights for $5.99 (ikea)

Vellum - 50 sheets for $5.99 (ebay)

I'm making approximately 125
