Is anyone going to Italy for HM?
My FH and I would really like to go to Italy for our HM and I was wondering if any of you ladies have been? I've been there before myself, but not to the Amalfi Coast, which is where we think we'd like to go. . . .does anyone know of a good travel agent?

Re: Is anyone going to Italy for HM?
I'm going to Italy for part of my HM. We're taking a cruise that leaves from Venice and goes through several of the Greek Isles. Before the cruise departs we will be spending a long weekend in Venice to see the sights! It's one of my favorite European cities and it's so romantic!!!

Re: Is anyone going to Italy for HM?
we went to Milan for our honeymoon. It was nice, but really only a '1 day' type of trip. For honeymooning, I'd recommend Rome or Venice. I've also been to Capri and Florence, but I think Rome and Venice would be good for a several day stay.

I've heard the Amalfi Coast is gorgeous. I'm getting psyched about it!! FH is totally set on that. . . . we're going to try to budget for it as best we can- it does seem to be expensive.

We're going to Italy for our honeymoon. I've never been before, and FH lived there as a baby. We're probably going to Venice, Rome, and Florence.

We are going to Italy for our HM for 17 days!! We are going to Positano, Capri, Tuscany, Venice and Florence. We are not going through a travel agent, just doing it ourselves

We went for our honeymoon. Started in Portofino on the Riviera, then went to Tuscany and ended in the Amalfi Coast staying in Positano and Ravello. Any questions please ask!!

Re: Is anyone going to Italy for HM?
We too went for our HM.... 16 days going from Rome, Sorrento, Assisi, Siena, Florence to Venice. We LOVED every moment of it. We booked everything ourselves (email the hotels to get the quotes and request exactly what you want - they are very nice to deal with, airline with cheaptickets). We drove everywhere which we loved because we were able to drive all over chianti, visiting little towns and having picnics on the side of vineyards... oh I want to go back!!!!!Welcome New Vendors
