Does anyone know were I can get votive candle holders with guest named on the glass

buy some vellum paper and make them very easy to make

I just bought the votives from cudge.net - cheapest I found, and I bought the vellum paper from ebay - $5 for 50 sheets. I bought the vellum tape from staples as well.
