New construction/school district question

There is new construction going up in farmingdale(called Fairway estates) and there is some in Babylon called Babylon Woods.

Do any of you know anything about either of these school districts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: New construction/school district question

The development is called Babylon Woods. The directions they give are as follows:

Southern State exit 33 to New Highway. Make right on Albany Avenue. Babylon woods is on your right, directly across from the Dominican Campus.

Does that help at all? I know nothing about that area so any input you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Re: New construction/school district question

I tried searching for this address.
Google says there is no Albany Ave in Babylon. New Highway off of SSP is like lindenhurst, amityville area. I'm not sure what school discrict that would be. kinda in the middle. Technically, google gave it a 11701 which is Amityville. The area is good i think where the development would be but the discrict has had some problems. I hope this helps. Do you have a website with the Babylon Woods? Amityville is part of Town Of Babylon and that probally where it got its name from.

Re: New construction/school district question

The Babylon Woods area as you described is not a place I would personally consider. It is Copiague school district but I think the town is actually North Amityville. I don't know much about the Farmingdale SD.
