RP from 06 Board: To those who are making your own invitations, STDs etc...

I'm thinking about making our invitations (with enclosures), STDs, programs and place cards but before I really get into it I have three questions...

1. Was all the effort worth the savings?

2. If so, what vendors did you use for buying all the components? Card stock, ribbon, glue etc.

3. How hard was it? I'm not that crafty but I am somewhat. My sister will be helping me and she's like a min Martha Stewart so I'm thinking she will be a big help!

If anyone can provide any information I would be so grateful!!!

I made my own STD, programs, placecards, and menus.

I got all of the stuff at either michaels or AC Moore.

It was not that difficult and definately saved a ton of $$.
