well, yes,because the 'rehearsal' is a run through of how your ceremony will go. They need to be there to practice their readings. If you mean , to the rehearsal DINNER...then yes, also! if they are important enough to you to play such an important role in your wedding as to read then they should be there with you afterwards to celebrate :)
