Buff brides at NYSC- update week 4

I just signed up- is anyone else doing this?

I start monday 9/19

I am so excited

Update**- when I started I weighted 126.75
and my arm was 10.5
the thigh- 18.5
hips- 35

Now- weigh 123.75
arm- 10
thigh- 18
hip- same

I am very happy with the progress I have made so far

yesterday was the first day

I am sore, in a good way- we worked out really hard

instead of taking a break between sets- we did another excerise- then went back to the original

my abs hurt when I laugh!

we did 3 sets, 20 reps-

he was a very good trainer, he listened to what I wanted - we wrote down goals

I am so happy I signed up!

wednesday is session 2

Isn't that also a TV show? Do you get filmed?

it is- but this isn't

it's training program- they also call it wedding ready- but you can do it any time

well, next week is my last week with my current trainer- he is leaving :(

I start week 5 with a new trainer

we are going to weigh and measure me on wednesday- I will post the update

what exactly is it? I put on about 10 pounds since my wedding. I need to lose it fast!!!!!

it's a personal trainer at a good price- you just can't cancel

it's 24 sessions over 3 months

it's just marketing-

I go to the Long Beach NYSC- I use Adriene

I don't know about any other gyms- ask people at the gym- they should be able to help!

it was great- it got me to the gym on days I would have skipped- it kept me motivated thru till end!
